Casey is the captain of Village’s childcare professionals. With a focus on education and operating in the exclusive community of New York City’s “nannies to the rich & famous,” she has cared for children from 6 months to 18 years old. Casey brings over twenty one years of experience & childcare expertise to our team and is responsible for defining the strategic direction of our childcare competencies.

Mike Ticehurst

Mike is the architect of Village. Leveraging ten years of experience in data & analytics, management consulting, and product development, Mike has spent his career identifying opportunities & crafting solutions, helping industry leaders to maximize revenue, optimize customer experience, and grow their business. Beginning his career in a startup and working as an end-to-end data & analytics service provider, Mike has seen all stages of business development and optimized across every step of the customer journey.
